Central to this rejuvenation is a glass-box mezzanine library, resting atop plush rust-colored silk-wool broadloom flooring—a bold nod to classic luxury. Just below, the reception lounge radiates a residential charm, featuring a Nakashima Edition rug, nesting Guilherme Torres tables, and Minotti sofas.
Throughout the office, understated metal accents—like Stickbulb’s nickel chandeliers in the 20-foot boardroom—pay homage to the building’s historic 1933 Art Deco roots.
